Standard Package – WordPress CMS Website

All options included in the selected package are only available at time of package purchase. Client will select or decline optional items offered in the package during consultation to define final package details. Once client has approved final package details this will be considered as the accepted final package agreed upon
by client.

All turnaround times are estimates, actual turnaround times may vary due to unforeseen factors. All timelines are contingent on clients timely approval during creative and development process. Also if assets such as copy, logo, images, forms and any other related content are not provided in a timely fashion the agreed upon time for completion will no longer apply.

If OpticFusion is hosting the final site it will be considered fully delivered once client approved demo site is uploaded to live server on the web. If not hosted by OpticFusion, site will be considered fully delivered once demo is approved by client and final site files are handed over for uploading to client server. One time fee of $100 for uploading to an outside hosting server applies if client requests this service.

Once the creative process has started after consultation, all project cancellations will only be refunded at 50% of the original fee paid by client. If canceled before consultation a 3.75% processing charge will be deducted from original fee paid by client.
